My default card layout is vertical, with the details in the bottom right quarter. Maybe 75% of my cards follow this pattern. But, some of my favourite cards are like this one, with a central focal strip.
I can't think why I don't use it more often - habit, I guess. Most of the elements are from Be Happy, the sentiment is from Birthday basics and the ink is Hawaiian shore and Bright buttercup.
