Make It Monday #116: Adding Texture to Stamps #2

I really like this technique but I don't have very many solid stamps to try it out on. I remembered I had a plain big flower in an old set that I thought would look good.

Then I thought about it a bit more and realized that I could just use the back side of the stamp and that would give me a large area without detail which is what I then did for the banner which is one of the stamps from the PTI Ribbon tails set. A quick sentiment from PTI birthday Basics finishes it off.
The background in really fussy I know but I felt that with so few other elements I might get away with it (and I do so love this background stamp).

  4. Super idea using the back of your stamp. I didn't have a lot of stamps either, but found something that worked. Love the background with your flowers popped up. Very striking card.
