PTI July Blog Hop #2

This card is obviously inspired by today's weather - rain, rain and more rain.
Never mind, last week we were complaining about the heat.
I used this colour scheme as inspiration
I bought the umbrella stamp at a yard sale at one of my local paper crafting stores earlier this week (how lucky am I to have 2 great stores within 10 miles) and thought mini blooms would make a lovely "fabric".

I stamped off the flowers around the sentiment first just to give it a lighter feel (there's probably a technical term for this?)
