One of my favourite challenges for PTI anniversary celebrations is always the Printables, and this year's are as good as always.
Here's my first one (I managed to have a go with 3 different printables last year so that's my target.)
I used PTI "sew simple borders" around the matting cards to replicate the stitching on the "flowers", popped the sentiment and the inside flowers up to give some dimension and added a simple bow with bakers twine.

I love how you cut the graphic and the colors you chose to coordinate with it.
