I knew I wasn't going to be able to give this years stamp-a-faire the time I wanted to so I didn't buy the kit, but I'm so glad they are planning to sell the individual eras over the next few months as the frames around the velvet image are simply lovely. However, the technique from the Renaissance that I decided to try is the wax seal.
I wanted to stamp the trees in gold to give the card a more festive feel but I can't for the life of me find my gold ink pad. Obviously it'll be the first thing I lay my hands on tomorrow when I'm tidying up but I had to go with simple classic craft for tonight.
