A card for this weeks Make it Monday challenge at Papretrey Ink.
The challenge was to just use embossing on the edges of a a die-cut by dipping them in versamark and embossing powder.
A very long time ago, when I still lived at home and my Dad was preparing for an exchange visit to a school in the Black Forest region of Germany, he started learning German and would amaze us with his newly learnt phrases over dinner. The only one that stayed with me is "schnee bedeckt gipfel" or "snow bedecked summit". I guess that make the subject of this card "schnee bedeckt schnee"
