MIM #213

A bright, summery card for this weeks Make it Monday on a day that's anything but!
I have had this soda bottle stamp for ages (Freshly squeezed stamps' "soda-lighted") and never used it, so this was the perfect challenge to get it inked.

The set doesn't have a stamp for the "filling" so I masked off just inside the edges of the bottle and sponged the ink on - PTI orange zest and canyon clay.
The "poppin' by" sentiment is actually all wavy, but I straightened it out onto the block and you almost can't tell it isn't usually a straight line.
I thought the background (made using PTI Guide lines 2 and a little image from Postmarks) looked like old fashioned kitchen tiles. It's stamped using Aqua mist and Hawaiian shores ink.
