A card for this months blog hop at Papertrey Ink
This was the inspiration picture
I used PTI sweet speech (but the back side of the stamps as I didn't want the words) on black card, stamping first with white pigment ink and then with tropical teal (the color was not as vibrant as I'd hoped - I think I might need to try stamping with paints instead). Then I heat embossed the happy on each speech bubble and added the die cut Birthday.
