Sentiment signs is a great stamp set. I'm blown away by the treatment Keeway gave it and wanted to just make that card myself (I will certainly have a go at it when it's not for a challenge). However, this card, for the 2012 challenge uses it as a background stamp.
The balloons are from Birthday style and sentiment from Birthday basics.
