PTI July blog hop

I took a really CAS approach for my card for this month's Blog hop at Papertrey ink. It's what the inspiration picture seemed to suggest. This is the inspiration:

And this is where I went with it:

I used stamps and dies from PTI Ahoy set. I went round the outline of the anchor with a fine tip marker to add a little definition, and added some bubbles with nuvo drops in grey mist.
